First, it doesn't sound like Russ screaming it.
Secondly, since they all are English, I'll assume it is English.

I'm convinced after tweaking a wave file I made, adding a few effects, and playing the two sections repeatedly, the words are as follows:

"Grand illusion, destitution/infecting one and all"
"DEATH MIGHT SATISFY"

"a fury lashes from the ashes/never losing sight"
~-* "MOUTH OPEN WIDE"

-Note-
Where I plut the ~-*, there's a little bit of screeching guitar right before the screaming "person" starts, but only there and not the first verse.
