Inherit the Earth

I really like the beginning of this song, because of the progressive 70's -feeling in it. The melody in that has rang in my head for days, and I'd be really pleased if someone told me some bands that has pieces played with that instrument or has a similar feeling in their songs some way.

Some older progressive bands? I think I should first try bands like Yes, Genesis, King Crimson.. what do you think? Never really heard them, are they anything I'm seeking?

Early Yes, early Genesis (with Peter Gabriel on vocs), King Crimson (try the "Red" album), Camel, Gentle Giant, Änglagård ("Hybris"), Landberk, Anekdoten ("Nucleus") and James Band from Kristiansand, Norway ("The electric eel has got me the brain banana"). That should give you a good start.
