INNERWISH Return With New Single / Lyric Video “The Enemy Inside”​

"... Innerwish are back with “The Enemy Inside”, a gripping journey through a world full of mafia-like structures. Here, brutal riffs meet grooves that stick in your head. Lyrically, the single tells of the moral dilemma that agents face every day, as portrayed in Steven Spielberg’s film “Munich” while musically it offers powerful traditional heavy metal, reminiscent of the greats Accept, which blends perfectly with its cinematic story.

What can we say? We love Accept! With songs like this, we want to express our love for their work and their characteristic ‘in-your-face riffing’. We have a song of this kind on almost every one of our albums. We don’t copy them, but their inspiration for our music cannot be denied. Well, we just love this driving metal! In terms of content, we were inspired by the film ‘Munich’, by life in the shadows, and by the ongoing moral dilemma that shapes the decisions and actions of agents.
