Yes I agree a really good one, it's sort of like "Metal Class 101" because it seems to emcompass all styles at one time or another.

Their first cd is excellent as well. Not up to par production-wise as D.o.D. but still some really killer tunes. I like the line "One more breath, is one too many!!!!"
