Are you being stalked? Did someone tell you you spend too much time on the internet so you hide behind some e-door that makes you feel more secure about your latent homosexual tendencies? What gives? These are questions demanding answers! :Spin:

And just like that, we're down from 15 to 5 visitors!!! :loco:

It's like, "we see you....." -- next thing, everyone runs away.

It could be a fetish thing though. It's like that 'upskirt' hidden camera porn. Do they listen at the cubicle door when people are taking a dump? :loco: :tickled:

I hope not, I'm taking a dump in my cubicle right at this moment

I work at lots of chemical plants re-engineering their systems and business processes etc, so of course I'm surrounded by blue collars. Most folks that work in the chemical industry have been doing it since leaving high school.

Anyway, I was at one location where I was washing my hands in the bathroom, and three guys walked in, newspapers in hand, and all took separate cubicles to take a dump. Next thing: "fart, splash, belch" etc and amidst all these bowel sound FX, they're having a conversation through the cubicle partitions. I couldn't get out of there quicker.

They're all afraid of me. I'm stalking everyone. :p

It could be semi-correct.

Where's Dan? :(

I'm pretty much an observer by nature and rather reclusive. I'm hidden partly because i generally leave my browser open all of the time unless i have to reboot. So whether or not i am at the computer you'd ALWAYS see my name up top and that's something i'd just rather avoid. Especially if someone saw they name up there then tried to address me when i am not even here. Another reason would be that, because of my reclusive tendencies i suppose, is that i don't really feel as if i'm "part" of this or any other online community. I don't feel i fit in regardless of how long i've been frequenting a forum, if i share any common ground with one or more people or how many posts i might make.

This probably won't make sense to anyone but there you have it. :erk:

but doesn't the server stop displaying your name if you've been idle for like 15 minutes or so?

i haven't a clue, i suppose that's possible. oh well

Waiting around to go home, cleaning my office and avoiding paperwork as best I can.

And what's this "I'm not a regular" crap?! I know I'm not the only one that remembers the Great Appearance of Dark Chapter like 2 years ago! :loco:

heh i didn't say i wasn't a regular. it's more like i don't feel i "fit in". Square peg (me), round hole (everyone else). I don't speak to you guys much and noone outside RC from RC or anywhere else really for that matter. when i say i have no friends, it really means i have no friends. *shrug* i'm not a very social person although i have no qualms about speaking to people on a person to person basis if we have something to talk about.
