I can't get on the msn server.

ai..i have that with my msn account.
Everytime i install it, it will not connect when i wanna log in..then an error occurs and i need to close the program.
But if ya go through the msn website, it is possible to get in the chatrooms.. that's how i do it, though.
(don't ask me how, i just do it..hihi )
