Iron Fate - Cast in Iron

No they don't sound like a mix between Iron Maiden and Mercyful Fate but they are real solid. They sound more like modern day Saxon to me with the singer sounding a bit Biff-like and also hear some Jag Panzer's Tyrant in him on the first vid here. In the title track below that, he goes into full Halford mode and rips his lungs to shreds with a great chorus. True metal headbangers should find plenty to like in this released. \m/

I didn't hear anything from the new album (don't have time to watch the YouTube stuff you posted yet) but Steene must have improved greatly if you compare him to Biff and Harry Conklin...He was always the weak spot in Iron Fire and pretty much ruined the Force Of Evil discs for me...

G Man this is Iron Fate not Iron Fire. It's a different band altogether and from Germany. By the way there is a new Iron Fire track posted on youtube as well. I know Steene is a pretty crappy singer but he tries hard not to sound so glam on that new track!

Yeah, I just realized I fucked up and confused both bands...

The Iron Fate dude is better than Steene after listening to 3 of their songs.
