Is this a COB song?

I've been in a little search for COB music on Kazaa and then I came across this song, titled "Repent." It also says that it's by COB. But I suddenly had my doubts when I was reading lyrics on DarkLyrics.com as I listened to my other COB songs and found that there was no such song named "Repent." However, I listened to the song and oddly enough it sounds like something COB could have done, but I wonder if Alexi Laiho has ever sang like THAT? I thought the song itself was pretty good. But is it by COB? If it's not then does anyone know the real band who created the song?
