There is something to be said about prison justice.
Recently in NYC, a 7 year old girl was found dead, with her arms tied around her back. She had been tortured and killed by both her mother and step father. Apparently she took years of abuse.
The neighbors said nothing. The teachers turned a blind eye. The mayor of NY said he would change nothing in the child support programs: "This was just a one-off incident".
To make matters worse, for whatever reason, the parents are up for "murder in the 2nd degree". Can you believe that? Not first degree, cold blooded murder, but 2nd degree because it wasn't pre-meditated (according to the old fart judge that is near his death bed).
So AT MOST, the parents will get 10 years.
I cannot wait for prison justice to serve them. Seriously, I actually will celebrate when I hear the news that the parents have been tortured and killed by the other inmates in their respective prisons.
