to run a computer without a case fan for more than an hour with out major stability problems with normal usage and keeping temps under 50C. I'm buying a new one tomorrow.
I underclocked though from 3.2 ghz to 3ghz for the sake of fuck. Case is open, for better air flow.

Dude, running without a case fan is no large feat. I had to do it when I got my computer. Also, you didn't pluralize case fan, so I'm assuming you only have one, so it wouldn't have made much of a difference.

i built a computer in a cardboard box that a computer case came in... shoved the gold stand offs through the cardboard to mount the mobo then taped the powersupply and cd rom to the inside of the case with holes cut out to access them.

didnt have a camera phone at the time, ill ask anyone if they took a pic, i know it was trashed in like 2 days. Built it in an Antec cardboard box.
