I went to a very expensive italian restaurant in Oslo 2 years ago, managed by italians...and it was nothing like the real deal
But I can say that for every cuisine

I was in Rome last april and ate the best food ever.

Totally agree, Italian food is the best. My ex was Italian and she would always make me Chicken Tortellini in Parma Rosa sauce, favorite food of all time, could eat that everyday of the week. Man I miss her/pasta.
