I vote modeler too. I also detect a digital reverb of some sort (I think), which may be throwing me off.

You know, I think so too. I guess it just reminds me of that little amp that could sound that I associate with crate combos. That'll be my guess.

Wow!, I'm suprised kazrog think's it's a triple xxx. It's actually a free vst plugin that models a jcm900. It's pretty good, with some eq'ing, it can sound pretty damn good, and it's free! I think someone out there could get a 5150 like tone out of this. And it's free!! Link below :-

I could hear a hint of Marshall in there, hence why I thought it could be an MG series. I love the jcm900 plug-in on bass, great for a bit of grit (as is the SD-1 simulation).
