I don't know...I haven't thought about this in like ten years, but when I was listening to thrash, Megadeth, Forbidden, Voivod stuff like that were always a lot better and interesting than Slayer.

also, those dive bomb solos.

But a lot of other stuff factors in too, like dumb people you knew that worshipped SLayer, etc...it's just my personal thing that makes me want to stab someone even today when I hear Slayer.

Although I did like Divine Intervention a bit, mostly because of the drumming though.
