In an attempt to keep productivity up during hours I am at school, I was trying to avoid the forums in favor of painting in the studio. Well my painting is frustrating me... so I broke. Im pretty sure this single act just dropped me one letter grade in each class.

what kind of painting do you do?

Right now I'm painting a still life of some very annoying colored paper bags. Its an assignment for class. I have grown weary of the various shades of pepto-pink. Sad thing is that at least for the time being I have so many assignments that I dont have time to really do anything for myself. Thats ok though because I really need to learn a bunch of stuff.

that doesn't sound very exciting. can't they round up some nude chicks for ya?

I think eventually that will happen... On a good note my class consists of me and a bunch of very nice looking young women. One of them invited me to a "Watermelon Burst" .. Mississippi is a strange ass place.

i had a couple friends who went to art school at the chicago art institute; they dug on the nude models. many of the models were clothed though.
