see, the problem is, I sold it, a small gold bracelet, on ebay and I got the money for it and I can't send it to the guy cos I lost it

seriously though, divide your house into lots of 1 square meter large zones and search these one by one. that way you can't miss anything. don't just wander around from place to place where you think it might be.
