When Michael Bormann was the lead singer JH were a Bon Jovi worship band with a bit heavier guitars. Since he got sacked they've gone pretty heavy whilst still maintaining melody. Here is the video for the new album which showcases their style pretty well. One step below power metal but heavier than AOR for sure. Cool stuff if you like your rock with melodies.

Showcased this a few weeks back. The Japanese track "Your Soul To Keep" is awesome which for those who get these albums "illegally" won't have the pleasure of hearing!

The best Jaded Heart albums for me are the last 4. You're right that they're much heavier now than before but still retained the killer melodies. The new album is another excellent disc for them. Too bad they remain relatively unknown around here...
