James, about the band Cancer...

I dunno what they are up to today, but I read an interview a few years ago where they spoke about how frustraded they were about being on a major label and how the label was disappointed about them selling poorly. I did buy "Black Faith" and it is totally worthless, so no loss I suppose...

I'm pretty sure none of the members are active in any metal bands today, but I could of course be wrong.

well, if anyone else is interested, i finally managed to track down their old bassplayer ian buchanan and he said all of them are still active in music in some way or another.

there was some rumour that carl and john was in a band sounding like heavy black sabbath or something.
the guitarist, barry, who played on "the sins of mankind" and forward is now a live member for lock up.
another cool thing was that they did a gory video to "back from the dead" from the second album. would love to see that one.

hail cancer ! ! !
one of the most underrated death metal bands of all time.
