this is one for all you shredders out there.
here's my question:
there's apparently a lot of harmonizing going on in james' solos. this is obvious if you listen to disincarnate and even more so on his solo albums, e.g. feeding the machine.
any idea how this is done? two guitars? one of those intelligent harmonizers that adjusts intervals according to the scale? or just an ordinary pitch shifter? which intervals are used? any more tips & tricks?

A similar question was already asked on this forum. He records the harmonies himself. Also, someone tabbed the song "Touching the Earth" which has some minor-scale harmonies (in the key of E, I think).
