Ok side question. How do those radio things work for sending the info to the amp (sorry I don't know what its called). I've been seeing them a bit lately, and I thought for sure that they would cause more delay or lose some of the sound quality, than being 'plugged in.'

The can lose sound quality, depending on the quality of the unit. Delay? Radio waves move just as fast as the signal through a cable, so there's no problem there. Sound quality and interference are the two big issues with 'em. I've used one for years - I haven't willingly played a show with a cable since 1991 - with only a couple of minor issues.
