This cd is pretty solid. I feel like they are right at the cusp of doing something really big. Not sure why but this group reminds me a lot of older Evergrey - The Inner Circle Era. I loved their last album and this album is in the same direction. Maybe a little less crunchy and a little more keyboard heavy. I like these guys. Where they need to focus is on memorable melodies. I find the music to be fantastic but the melodies are forgettable. I liked this cd but did not love it. Like I said - very good band - feel like they are going to release a monster soon.
