Fucking media player doesn't let you skip or jump around, so for people who don't have the patience to listen:

"I'm not saying I would never play a festival or do a reunion record with those guys in the future, but right now I'm doing my own thing, working with other musicians in other forms of music."

So that's progress. In an interview he did at NAMM in January, he said rather definitively "That had to end."

I figured a little time away would thaw the ice a little bit and it looks like that may be happening. WD is going to take the next year to record and tour with Sanctuary while Jeff explores life on his own, and it makes sense that one day they will be able to "hug it out" and plan a few NM reunion shows. Now WD needs to reach out and bury the hatchet with Van....

Oh I'd say the Dane/Williams relationship is kaput. I'll hold my breath for a Pink Floyd reunion first.

It'll happen. They should really just mend their shit, record an album and play festivals only. No need to do the tour grind together. Save that for the other projects.

Dirk is a little busy with Soilwork, although with Peter Wichers leaving again, I expect Soilwork will release one more atrocious album and probably give it up. Soilwork without Wichers is, well, Nevermore without Jeff. Then again, In Flames are still going when they should have stopped a decade ago.

If it's a few shows, well what the hell, I say give big man Gene Hoglan a call.

None of us knows, but if I had to guess, I would also say that Warrel's relationship with Van is pretty much down the toilet. I don't think they ever really got along that well. So any possible reunion would be sans Van. But I hope I'm wrong.

Hey can we be grown ups around here for once and stop pretending like Soilwork throughout the span of their career ever released a good album?
