Jeff Scott Soto for PP thread here...

Probably because he's not really in any projects associated with the prog or power metal community.

But still, I'd love to have him. I think he'd make a fine headliner in the Jorn mold. He's got even more material than Jorn.

it'd be awesome for him to come.but Yngwie would have to come too.hehehe.

YES!! That would be cool :kickass: Loved the Jeff Scott Soto Malmsteen era...Yngwie at PP? Now that would be interesting. I've seen Malmsteen over 10x. Would love to see him again. Wonder what kind of response he would get at PP? :p Then again this thread is about Soto not Malmsteen. Think about it...We could hear Journey, Mamlsteen, Tailsman and his solo stuff all in one set :kickass: Seriously doubt that would happen but I can dream :)

GOD DAMNIT why hasn't this dude played PP yet?

:heh:

This statement just reinforces how high-strung the forum has been lately...:goggly: ...(I can insert smileys too to reduce the impact of the stuff I say)...

Aside from that...good pick. JSS does indeed kick ass and deserves the utmost respect for his vocal prowess and his role within the rock AND metal communities...

I'm also surprised that Rob Rock hasn't graced the stage in some capacity yet...

Rock on!

And Eyes, Axel Rudy Pell, Soul Sirkus, & of course The Queen cover band,
and Yngwie oops, already mentioned, but he also did vocals for Kuni in japan :kickass: i vote for him too
