Any inkling on the chances/interest of him playing ProgPower?..or even as a guest with Fates or someone else like Zero Hour?

GLENN, PLEASE MARK HIM HIGH ON YOUR LIST! TONS OF LOYAL ARCH FANS IN THE PPUSA AUDIENCE!

damn I'd love to hear the stuff off A Twist of Fate live.

Well, if CircleIICircle can do Savatage tunes, and Redemption can have Mr. Ray onstage with them, then we certainly have precedent!

Fates Warning with special guest John Arch. I Like It!!! Especially if Ray and John do a duet or something...

Oh, and if Mike Portnoy were to show up to do Drums on an OSI tune or two (like he did on the DT/QR/FW tour), and if Sean Malone would show up to do a Gordian Knot II tune or two... well I can dream, can't I?!?

I've always been of the opinion that Fates Warning would make an excellent headliner for Progpower, and an encore with Arch would send the place into pure dementia.

Bearing in mind that I am a Fates Warning fan, let me say that I have seen them twice and they are NOT headliner material. They are severely lacking in stage presence, imo.

Well, Fates has gone down a very odd road over the past decade. They always ahd a great stage show, but the last several tours have seen them slacking a bit.

I was always under the impression that Fates just needs a good kick in the rear and that Headlining something like the Progpower Fest would do just that.

As I side bar, several years back I got to see Fates Warning do a special set here in CT. Arch and Alder came out during the show to do a duet on Guardian. Let me set this up for you...........
The band begins playing the music...Ray takes the stage.
Right before the vocal part was to begin.....he stops " ladies and gentlemen, Mr. John Arch "
Arch takes the stage and the place EXPLODES, it was pretty damn cool.
