Judgement - Best Album?

No, I don't think it is...
The best is without a doubt, for me anyway, 'A Fine Day to Exit'. I'm listening to 'Judgement' now, and it's an undeniably great album, but I personally feel 'A Fine Day...' and 'Alternative 4' surpass it.
But then again, 'A Fine Day to Exit' is my second favourite album of all time.

The judgement album was a very important album for anathema, as it marked the transition from being a band with Duncan, to a band without Duncan. I don't think it's their best, but i still think its a good album.

Well, I agree with someone above who said that he likes every Anathema album, except the ones Darren White sings. Though, Sleepless is one HELL OF A song.

I guess Judgement is my least favourite Anathema album (except for One Last Goodbye and Deep), I feel pissed when Vinnie sings that "ashes to ash" part, hell I don't like it. Give me all their other albums though and you won't hear me complain

A Fine Day is a great album and Ive listened to it loads of times.
Leave the Judgement questions now eh. Theres no problems with the present line-up.

The great beast - thats me :Shedevil: - says it's enough now. The guys apparently don't want to talk about various things and we all should respect that. I LOVE Judgement, AFDTE, and Saviour - all of them. Each for various moods and occasions. Fortunately, there are people like Dunc and the Cavanaghs that are willing to share their beautiful music with us. Thanx for that and continue with it - and if one day, Antimatter will tour with Anathema and also play some songs together, then I'll take some months off.

in AFDTE it says that the bass is played by ......... except in tracks 3&4. in these songs who is playing bass?????
