Have any of you seen these downloadable jukeboxes(Touchtunes) in your local drinking establishments? They put one in recently in one of my local watering holes and I must say it is nice to be able to listen to some good music while out having a few (or more) beers. As a matter of fact it has become metal Friday's in the afternoon by me and a few other patron's. There are quite a few old school metal-heads that hang there sometimes. It's kind of expensive to download the songs, but hearing stuff like Savatage, Dream Theater, Slayer, Megadeth, Testament, Anthrax, etc. makes it worth it. Plus, if I play a few DT songs it takes an hour anyway! Check out what's on them if you see one of these things around.

They are awesome.

It is a priceless moment going into a small pub full of old men and going to the jukebox and putting on Slayer and watching these old guys faces.

I once put money into the thing and anxiously awaited my song to come up, but then the band went on and the jukebox was turned off, thus losing my song.

Manowar was not heard that night :(

Whta's a drinking establishment?

First time i found one i was in a sports bar and played Testament practice what you preach and Obituary's threatening skies, whats funny is somebody had left money in the machine so i didnt pay a thing.

Yes! I have been cranking out Accept,Maiden,Slayer

I'll have to play some Accept later on today! Maiden always is played by somebody there. Unfortunately they don't have much prog/power metal in there.:erk: Helloween, but only Keeper part II. No Nevermore, Pagan's Mind, Evergrey, Symphony X, and no damn Opeth (not that they are prog/power). I would love to get some of that shit playing. I would probably be the only one left in the place by the time one of thier songs got over!

Any requests for later on?
