I haven't seen Electric Eye yet, but the bonus live DVD in the Metalogy box set rules. I was exhausted after watching that and I did was sit in my favourite armchair for an hour and a half

Grab 98 Live Meltdown and Live In London ASAP, Blitz. You won't be disappointed.

I, however, am disappointed that I don't have Angel of Retribution yet :bah:. I think I'll grab it from www.deepdiscountcd.com as soon as Mr. Dickinson's new one hits the streets.

The setlist is better I think (98 live meltdown) than the halford ones. But the downtuned guitars sound very muddy in the mix. I still think the priest...live album is the best. Especially the vid of it. Amazing! Only thing that would make it perfect would be songs from the 70s albums and painkiller/ram it down (even though they werent even made yet but ah well).

I thought the bonus dvd was great! The live tracks were brilliant.

Live in London is great but, shock! horror! it's the only live Priest album I own, so I can't say what the others are like. I thought the live tracks on the AoR DVD were cool, but an entire performance would have been cooler than the interview. That was pretty ordinary.

The one thing that almost ruins Live In London for me is when Ripper fucks up the lyrics to Turbo Lover.. :(

Nar ........unleahed is a far better, gota luv those crazy japanese fans screems in the background.... i think this was the first or second Album by Preist I got

I've tried listening to Live Insurrection but, no, I'm sorry, it just sounds so artificial and so obviously not a genuine live album. If you're going to dodgy up a live album, at least make it sound real.

And no, I can't really explain what I mean because I can't bring myself to listen to it again.

Cool .... best not to be rude to somebody like Rob Halford, as never meet the bloke but he comes accross as pretty down to earth sort of chap.

The only thing about Live Insurrection that makes it sound artificial, is the fact that it is so f'n awesome you wouldn't think it could be 100% genuine, it is just too good. Doesn't sound 'dodgy' at all. Although, I have heard that bootlegs of their live performances were just as good anyway, so they should have just recorded a show properly.

The only thing I don't like about it is the duet with Bruce pasted in there. That sounds fake and crap. The other songs added, such as 'Light Comes Out Of Black', are awesome.
