I believe that is Just a re-release of the cd. I think a few lables as of now own the rights to that cd. I know I aint Justin. Just blabbin

I don't know for sure but I will venture to guess there is nothing special about the import. I've seen imports of Armed and Dangerous with no bonus tracks too.
