There's still this dilemna in my mind.
I own a Bogner Uberkab (two V30 and two G12T75 in X pattern) since 9 months and I'm really happy of it for recording purposes. I use it with a Peavey 5150 and it sounds great (V30 micing).
Anyway I always love the sound of most of the recorded samples using the classic combination of 5150 and a Mesa Boogie oversized cab that I can hear on this forum. It always seems to have more sizzle on top and tighter low mids.
Do I have to sell the Bogner and get the Mesa or keep it ? What do you think ?
