WSAZ.com reports that the Kentucky State Police officer who was arrested last month following the POISON / SEBASTIAN BACH concert at the Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center in Pikeville, Kentucky went before a judge Tuesday (August 5) to answer to charges of alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
