keyboard stuff

i recently aquired a new casio ctk-651, my first midi keyboard. I dont really know much about the technical side of these things, all i know is i can plug it into my pc and do lots of cool stuff with it. Does anyone have any links to sites that will explain a bit about this stuff to me? and does anyone know where i can get some sweet midi samples i can use for playing metal, like the dude from borknagar, CoF, vehemence, etc have
