krank sample by Andy Sneap

I just came accross this page in the Internet:

Pretty good Krank sounds recorded by Andy Sneap.
Very much to my liking The PODxt sample is quite good too.

I realise these date back to Feb-2005 and they could've been discussed here already - but I didn't find anything about that here.

Does anybody know whether "krank demo 1 just gtrs" sample has any post recording processing and/or the set up it was recorded with ?

Has the same guitar sound been processed in the mix "Krank demo 2 mix"?

Would be great if the Master himself could shed some light on that

This HAS been discussed before, quite a few times. There are even some pics of the mic placement and such available. As well as the POD XT patch from the RTA demo.

Search is your friend, it is there so just look harder.
