ok I bring these guys up once a year Kyuss Who likes them and Who Hates them and why? I think there great especially their first 2 albums excellent dirty sounding hard rock!

Hell yeah! Blues From The Red Sun is a killer album...... SOOOOOO HEAVY!!! Not in a "metal" way, but in a big bottom, sluggy, bass heavy, pot smokin', 60's, bell bottom's with no shoes kinda way. They were a great band.

Jonny - If you like Kyuss you should check out Orange Goblin (if you've not already). Their album Time Traveling Blues is as good or better than anything Kyuss released.

I figured you were a Kyuss man lol I have heard the Name Orange Goblin many times but I have yet to hear them but I may just have to squeeze them into the list

good band too.

I need to track down a copy of the new album, didn't know it was out.

After Kyuss broke up the singer (John Garcia) came to Morgantown, WV to try out for Karma To Burn. One of the guys from my old college band lives there (and is friends with the guys from KB) and he said that Garcia was a total rock star prick..... everyone in town hated him. He was there for a week or so and KB told him to hit the bricks... hahaha.

Sky Valley is awesome, and the circus leaves town = very good, blues for the red sun = good.
Their influential value was bigger than their musical value

Even if the guy is a Dick Head His Howl was fuckin awsome I loved his Voice it fit the music it was so down low and Dirty very Bluesy and rugged the first albums Production was sooooooooooo bad which made it fucking perfect when I listen to Kyuss its like being in the Garage listening to a great bad Jam out hahahahaha

I agree Jonny! Garcia has a great voice.... it was just a bummer to find out that he's a "rock star".
