LAMB OF GOD drummer Chris Adler will join forces with EXODUS vocalist Steve "Zetro" Souza, VIO-LENCE/ex-MACHINE HEAD guitarist Phil Demmel and former MEGADETH/BLACK LABEL SOCIETY bassist James LoMenzo for a run of shows in Russia in October under the HAIL! banner. So far, one date has been leaked: October 19 at the Rock House in Moscow. Adler has not performed with LAMB OF GOD for the past year because he has been undergoing physical and occupational therapy for injuries he sustained in a motorcycle accident in late 2017. Filling in for him is Art Cruz, who has previously played with PRONG and WINDS OF PLAGUE, and recently accompanied guitarist Mark Morton on his first-ever solo tour. Asked in a recent interview with the WSOU radio station if fans can expect to see Adler playing with LAMB OF GOD again anytime soon, vocalist Randy Blythe responded: "It's hard to say what's gonna happen with Chris Adler. I have no comment on him." LAMB OF GOD will spend most of early July making festival appearances in Europe. The band is also scheduled to play at the Aftershock festival in Sacramento, California and Exit 111 festival in Manchester, Tennessee in October. In addition to LAMB OF GOD, Adler has played drums with a number of metal artists, including MEGADETH, NITRO, BLOTTED SCIENCE and PROTEST THE HERO. He has also launched an artist management agency, Kintsugi Management. A supergroup featuring a rotating lineup of some of the world's best-known metal musicians, HAIL! made its live debut more than a decade ago. The project's previous members have included guitarist Andreas Kisser (SEPULTURA), vocalist Tim "Ripper" Owens (JUDAS PRIEST, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, ICED EARTH), drummer Jimmy DeGrasso (ALICE COOPER, MEGADETH) and bassist David Ellefson (MEGADETH).
