Opeth tonight. Unsure if I'll get there for In Flames.

Hope they play new stuff. Love the current direction.

my last show was a few weeks ago in Ohio....Shok Paris / Wretch / Sunless Sky / Black Death Resurrected / Midnight and a bunch of others.


I did see Opeth a few years ago and they were really good live. Even the new material at the time they played was really good live.

My last show was King Diamond on 10/16. No good shows coming up this year, and I probably wouldn't have time to go if there was.

Opeth were great. Would love to see them in a proper Theater though. In Flames were one note and boring. Red Fang could play but were derivative. Crowd was weird. Lots of milling about and circles of conversation happening. The music seemed to be a background soundtrack to socialization and texting.

Picked up a couple of shirts which were $25. Bit cheaper than what Sabaton wanted at the same venue.

Elton John tribute band last week featuring Jason McMaster (Watchtower) on vocals. It was great.

I think I saw them open for Metallica. Thought the next band, Lamb of God couldn't be worse. Was wrong.

the sword has changed a bit. they've gotten away from the 70s wannabe look a bit. saw them a few months ago and for the first time ever enjoyed their set
