SOL, damn.
I have some SOL cds, let's see, 2 are microwaved, 1 is broken off a desk, 1 is cut with scissors, 1 was scraped clean by a knife (doin' my part to fight virus') and I have a metal case one came in that was shot up with a .22.

Someone a few blocks from me strung dozens of them on wires and hung the wires from their light pole, to make it look like a Christmas tree. They even lit it, it was nice. You didn't notice it was made of AOL CD's till ya got up close. I laughed my ass off every time I saw it.
