A 18 minute opus recorded by my cousin and I, on a very late night. We started with the intention of seeing what we could do with his recording equipment, and just trying to finish a song within one night. We figured simple black metallish stuff would be easiest to finish, so we did that.
My cousin played and composed the ambient intro.
I composed the first metal part, but my cousin played/recorded it.
My cousin then played/composed the acoustic interlude and the following metal section.
I composed and played the 8 minute ambient intro.
We rushed the drums (the transitions are pretty cringe worthy at times) and we're not that happy with the entire "song," but it was never a completely serious recording. Nevertheless, I really like my ambient part.
