A good number of my favorite artists have been addicts, and it's killed a bunch of them, but just because I like their music/comedy/whatever doesn't change the fact that they're fucking junkies and better off dead.

I haven't named a drug. I'm talking about generally. The phrase used was 'junkies'.

Most people have an addiction to something. Some people have a very addictive personality, that's where it gets tricky. Greg, you probably fall into that catagory which is why you had to quit and I'm glad you did, cos it's right for you. BUT that doesn't mean you now have free reign to moralise about everyone else's choices.

...and yes, I KNOW it's in the constitution that you can say "whatever the fuck you like" etc, etc...but that doesn't mean you should word your comments to purposely offend just to prove you can ("the sympathy this guys rotting corpse gets astounds me..." or "He apparantley couldn't value the life he had so he threw it away".
