I was rewatching this clip for the millionth time cause Living Colour is one of my favorite bands of all time and I never noticed until just now but I do believe that is Scott on the left side of the stage going crazy! Black backwards hat violently headbanging? Not sure but I think that's him, the song and performance from LC is jaw-dropping!! Anyone confirm that's him?

At this time Scott was an huge fan of the "fusion" scene, wearing shirts of LC, RHCP, Fishbone...
