Logic Plug In Help

Hey, I've looked everywhere but can't figure out how to download and instal the W1 limiter into logic express 9. Might be a dumb question but I'd love some help. Thanks

plugins go in OS HD/Library/Audio/Plugins/Components

take w1.component and drop it in there
