I have to share this.
I wanted a spare spring for my edrumkit, so I entered on Roland´s website in my country and went to the "support" section.
Now, check the picture they use to illustrate the support
Apparently the tech support on Roland is a japanese dude stuck in 1987 with a i386. Check out that brick mouse, the grey-keys keyboard, the gigaton CRT monitor. I bet that computer have a TURBO button.
And what about that sweeeeet audio software on the screen?
WTF Roland, you were supposed to be a high tech company! I feel that if I call the support they are going to help me through BBS and reefer to my hard disk as "Winchester".
