This happened in the UK last year with Virgin Media and BskyB, it was quite ridiculous. Rather the large kerfuffle.

We have cable (not Time Warner) w/ DVR and I don't even watch TV. When I do it's G4TV but now it's turning into crap. I wish it was back to TechTV...oh well. Anywho crap news for TW customers.

Yeah G4 seems to have hit bottom for me. I haven't seen game reviews or tech stuff in a while on there. It's all those ninja shows every time I tune in.

TV is garbage anyway. Read a fucking book. I'm constantly reading because even I feel like TV brings me down to a level of retardation. There is simply nothing good on. Maybe watch History shows if you're some old fuck that likes History. Cheaters is fun for about an episode a month. South Park went down the drain. What is there to watch? Please tell me. Really, I want to know.

A few greats like Curb Your Enthusiasm and Rome on HBO don't count.

That includes internet and cable and I have all movie channels possible because I'm a movie freak- so yeah.

Over here Cable kind of died out in the late 90s, I'm pretty sure most households are all satellite'd up now, so we get to choose from giving our money to Sky or Virgin Media, and that's pretty much it

Yep. One box upstairs, the high-def box downstairs, extended digital cable with HBO and Showtime, cable Internet, plus my home phones I tied in to it as well. All of this and there's only a few shows I really enjoy. At least if times get tougher, I have one perk I can shave easily.

^ yep. I have HBO, Starz, ShowTime, TMC, Cinmax all that crap
But I do enjoy it.

I do not have a home phone though.. always found that useless...

I wouldn't have it but my cell doesn't get reception in my house. I'd switch providers but it's paid for by work on their program.
