Yes, I see it. I wonder on which label the single will be released. Maybe Spinefarm?
And I won't worry that it will be only available in Finland. The Hate Me single for example wasn't licensed from Nuclear Blast, too and could be ordered from Nuclear Blast. They import the singles from Spinefarm.
