Limp Bizkit, Korn, Disturbed and many other bands with similar looks and sounds are prime examples of this genre.

Doesn't really sound too far off the mark to me... let's face it, it was only really the hair metal bands who didn't have a big macho image - Christ, Rob Halford was gay, and he used to ride on stage on a big fuck-off bike...
