Looking for some ideas and opinions

Hello everybody, I am keen to get some feedback and ideas on my developing song and mix. They piano is proving a challenge from a mixing point of view. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I hear the piano as being "pop" sounding , i think the song is better suited to have a "creepy/dark" piano sound. Dont get me wrong i love dynamics but for this mix i think the piano could use a little crushing to keep the dynamics tighter. If you have the midi and the option of different sounds then go that route, if you only have the provided piano sound i would eq out some brightness, compress it, and make it "darker/creepier" via reverb or something. Cheers.

thanks for that, I do have other options yes so I might play around with something darker, or possibly go for more of a grand. Does the playing style fit the song well enough?

Hats sound bit too harsh for me but over mix is good
