The Brisbane based company "Metallica Minerals" is being listed on the Australian Stock Market very soon, or has just been listed.

There is an article about it in todays Courier Mail in the Business section with a photo of James Hetfield

Metallica is a legit word and Metallica Minerals isnt a band so i dont think there is much lars can do not that he wouldnt try

From memory they sued a car company and Victoria Secret and won when they used the name Metallica for a set of hubcaps and for some makeup
