Nagoya Japan
Hail! Brutal Metal Heads Of Metal!!

I live in Nagoya Japan and wanted to help promote the local underground metal scene. So I started a youtube Channel called Nagoya Metal Underground. I go to shows with my iphone 4 and do my best (which isn't that good) to record and put up some songs.

If anyone is interested in Metal from Japan that isn't Sex Machineguns or X Japan, (or whatever big name) have a listen!

Just type in Nagoya Metal Underground or my channel http://www.youtube.com/user/KelevMiara?feature=mhee

Nagoya ouch. Fukuoka's main draw here is the "Dead in Horror" festival series, which revolves around brutal death band Hydrophobia. Some prominent bands: Dehorn, Hydrophobia, Serpent, Evil Choir.

Sadly I'm leaving Japan in less than 2 weeks to move back to the US. Keep fighting the good fight!

Ive never been to Fukuoka. Ive traveled to Tokyo and Osaka for shows but i think i should change that.

Sucks about leaving man! I tried that once and came back after 3 months. Im pretty much home here.
Best of luck to you man!

Thanks dude! You a JET, or English teacher or what? I don't see a future for me here really, and shows and things are sorely lacking down south - we get some foreign touring bands but very few, most stop at Osaka and maybe Hiroshima and never bother coming to Kyushu.

FUK is nice, Kyushu in general is pretty great. I'm biased of course but I like the slower pace of life down here, especially in the inaka.

Im and English teacher. I had my own school before I left and now im trying to start it up again. I know what you mean by inaka life. I actually live about 30 minutes out of the city.

Many bands skip over Nagoya too. Bringing metal to Tokyo and Osaka. The crowd just isnt big enough here i guess.
