M.Walkyier- Clan Destined cd out - JK

Nice. I'll be sure to check to out those samples on their site (although not sure if "Pagan Wedding" is on the album?).

Great illustrations alongside the lyrics sheet by the way -- is that all done by you Paul? I noticed they thanked you in the liner notes.

Produced by Andy Sneap and James Murphy, with a thank you at the end to Nevermore. Interesting.

James "The Pitchfinder General" Murphy

That is interesting that he added a "massive hail" to Nevermore. Im checking out some samples of this now.

I don't think the samples on there do the mcd justice
the proper songs (one of the samples is a cover) are a lot more metal, some parts are quite odd actually
its better than I expected

all the visual stuff was me.
art, design, illustration, layout...even the logo design

the pics on the borders there are actually small details on the 'dollar' that are very obscured in the main pic (its the bit under where it says the clan destined, the bit under the title was used to create the border for image on the dvd box back)
that dollar thing actually took me fucking ages, its completely true to a dollar bill in scale with all the lines etc
I had to trace all the elements in photoshop and replace them one by one

Paul - your attention to detail is second to none. Seriously, all those images up there look great. So does the CD come in a DVD box!

cheers Jay
and yep its a dvd box, it was originally supposed to be a digipak, so everything had to be altered but i'm glad he did the poster insert
the detail is where its at on this

ive been reading about this cd. seems the folksy parts from skyclad are gone and TCD is apparently "pagan thrash", which I think means it's straight thrash with Walkiyers interesting lyrics.

I want. I'm emailing him now about this 5 pounder CD. artwork looks A+ class, Paul

I'm assuming you have the first two Sabbat albums.

just heard from Mr W
if you email him through the site you can get the cd for £5 + p+p
which is pretty good value

Well I just got this reply after e-mailing them about buying the CD alone:

The c.d. comes only together with a t-shirt as part of a strictly limited edition package for Martin's final musical release. If you see what copies of Sabbat's Dreamweaver album are now selling for on ebay ($150), you'll realise that this exclusive package is not only great value, but also a sound investment for the future. I am because we are! Simon
