Madman's Lullaby

I don't pimp bands on here much, because I figure that most of you know more than I do anyway. With that said, Madman's Lullaby has been kicking my ass! It's not perfect, but I'm digging it all the same. Dave Friday, the vocalist, sings his ass off, period. I'm not saying that this sounds like Badlands, so don't misunderstand me. With that said, I think it will appeal to those of you, like myself, that love that Badlands style or approach.

Great find. Can't believe they have three albums out. I get the comparisons with Badlands, "angry" Tesla, and even the Soundgarden chug on the song Alice Doesn't Live here Anymore in particular. This is good stuff. Right up my alley!

That's what I thought as well. "Outshined" meets Badlands on that tune.

The song, Gasoline, along with the vocal run...would make Ray proud I think! Dave Friday, the vocalist, even has that slight "rasp" that Ray often had.
