It's my number one of the year too, and for me 2005 has been a good year, so the competition was tough.

Magic Never Dies, however stands above everything else I've bought this year. Followed by the new Shadow Gallery and Falkenbach albums.

Its my album of 2005, but then again I thought it was a pretty poor year for metal. The only albums that challenge it is the latest Priest album, the maiden live album and helloweens latest effort. MND pips it though!

Actually now I come to think of it... Hammerfall - Chapter V and Stratovarius - .....Stratovarius came out this year. I liked HF but the latest offer from Strato didn't live up to my expectations.
