Mahavishnu Orchestra

I have a tape bootleg of this awesome MO show that my guitar teacher (who was a crazy collector) gave to me a few years ago. Apparently there's only like 100 copies of it floating around, so maybe I'm lucky? It's really, really fucking excellent.
 
Now I want to hear some of this live material as well. Does it have some of the calmer moments? "A Lotus on Irish Streams" is i think my favourite song so far
 
Yeah, that video actually does have that song on it.

edit: and for the record, it's only 3 songs (maybe four). I haven't seen it in a while and honestly I should go find it.
 
haha, reminds me of what the singer from Goat Horn said when someone asked him to rip some random NWOBHM band for them: "i don't think i have a vinyl drive on my computer!"

I found the Inner mounting flame on vinyl while shifting through my dad's old albums a few weeks back. Fuck I forgot how good the album was. Nearly on par with Birds of Fire for me at least.
